I, the undersigned, hereby give my consent to participate in boxing activities organized by AYBI. I understand and acknowledge the potential risks and dangers associated with boxing, including but not limited to physical injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I also grant permission for AYBI to take photographs or videos of me during the boxing activities for promotional and marketing purposes. I understand that these photographs or videos may be used in various media outlets, such as the organization's website, social media platforms, and printed materials. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership of these photographs or videos.
I understand that my consent to participate in boxing activities and share pictures is voluntary and that I have the right to refuse or withdraw consent at any time. I also acknowledge that AYBI will make reasonable efforts to ensure my safety during the boxing activities.
